In this safari you will start off visiting Amboseli national park where you will get to see elephants, buffalo, hippos and waterfowl. You will stay in a tented safari camp beneath Mount Kilimanjaro. Keep watch for lions and cheetahs as they prepare to hunt. You will head on to visit Lewa Wildlife Conservancy, a harbour for endangered black rhinos, big cats, elephants, rhino sanctuary and then to the bush in search of northern species such as the reticulated giraffe, Somali ostrich and the long-necked gerenuk. At Nanyuki you will see the Spinners and Weavers, a women’s self-help project with a mission to empower women to achieve sustainable livelihoods through social and economic empowerment activities.
