Kenya is among the African country that has been affected by COVID 19, The government has been trying the best in ensuring the residents and non-residents are safe. In July 2020, Kenya was fortunately awarded the Global Safety stamp by the World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC) as it has adopted Global health and hygiene standardized protocols. On 1st August the government of Kenya announced to resume the local and international flights from all countries and exemption of the mandatory 14 days quarantine to the Incoming visitors of some countries. Kenya has a good plan for resuming tourism activities in the country and to offer the best services like how it has been before the intervention of the pandemic.
There are several health protocols that have been released by the government of Kenya so as to avoid the spread of the Pandemic, these protocols are:

▶ It’s mandatory for all passengers arriving in Kenya to complete the travelers Health Surveillance form by the ministry of health. The form should be completed online before disembarking ( The form is in the link below). The passengers will receive a QR code after completing the form and will be required to display it to the Port Health Officer to proceed through immigration.

▶ All passengers on international flights must show a negative COVID19 certificate on arrival, obtained no later than 96 hours prior to departure from their home country.

▶ Body temperatures must test below 37.5 C (99.5 F) and visitors must have no persistent cough, no difficulty breathing and no other flu-like symptoms.
